The Old West End has always been a neighborhood full of character, creativity, and a little bit of quirk—like that flamingo that somehow ends up in everyone’s yard. That spirit of creativity is exactly what inspires every cup of coffee I roast.
I’ve been roasting coffee for nearly a decade, and I’ve had my fair share of disappointing cups. Bitter coffee has literally gone straight down the drain. That’s why I roast coffee on demand using a fluid bed roaster. Instead of tossing beans into a drum, this method suspends them in hot air, roasting every single bean evenly and gently. The result? Coffee that’s full of flavor, smooth, and free from bitterness—or that pesky chaff that can ruin a cup.
Freshness matters. Every bag is roasted just before it’s packed, so you get coffee at its peak flavor. And because I care as much about people and the planet as I do about flavor, every bean is fair trade, organic, and single origin.
